We are offering a client appreciation gift to our beloved clients: a free self-defense class class for women. Moms and daughters are welcome to join us for this informative class and training session.
The workshop will take place at Sacred Mountain Fighting and Healing Arts on July 19, 2025, from 10:30am to 12:30pm. It’s a mom and daughter activity that’s educational and fun. It’s part informational instruction and practical tactics – like you get to hit a dummy and maybe flip your mom/daughter over! 🙂
